Remove handbasin,shower,rad and pipes +make good floor Mr Diego did what was asked, he was very polite and cleared up after himself. Sadly Diego can only work weekends as he has a full time job. He was with us over two weekends including the bank holiday Monday staying until 2am in the morning due to leaks from his soldering of the pipes. I understand that he was keen to make sure the water was turned back on before he left. My uncle who is a retired engineer felt that Diego appeared to be an inexperienced plumber and perhaps was better suited to working on site work instead of domestic households. My uncle felt that the job should have only taken 2 short days instead of 4 long days and often felt frustrated when watching Diego complete tasks in an unusual way. Along with having to replace a broken toilet seat which we brought to his attention at his own cost his estimate for the work was very much understated. I felt that he had under estimated the whole job however I'm sure he will learn from this. We agreed that he had perhaps bitten off more than he could chew. Whilst Diego is very keen to return to connect our new sink and washing machine we are reluctant. He asked for £350 to disconnect and remove old shower and sink pipes, lower a waste pipe and rad pipes and fit a new handbasin. We gave him an extra £40 to cover petrol. Answer from tradesperson: Corrections:- A whole new waste was installed under the floor The leaks were from isolation valves My experience and education qualifies me for the work I do, and the regarded uncle is an electrician so wouldn't necessarily understand my line of work The job took longer than expected as removal and disposal had to commence before any installation could take place I was told the seat hold broken off and when doing an inspection I realized it had been tampered but I replaced it with a new seat being installed Never did I agree to me being in deep waters with the job, I done what I was asked of The
