TDF undertook a full refurbishment of my property both internal and external. I was extremely happy with the quality of their work which was carried out with care from start to finish. Unlike other builders I’ve used in the past, they visited the property several times afterwards to undertake minor fixes that were required. This is a testimony to their fantastic customer service and after sales support. Some rendering had fallen from the external wall above my garage door. The remainder was loose and needed stripping. Tdf Construct did an excellent job. They removed all the old rendering from the wall above the garage door, applied a primer and a first coat of render. They left this for a day to dry out and then applied a second coat of render and pebble-dashed it. Before starting, they put down protective coverings to keep the driveway clean. They worked hard and tidied up thoroughly every day after finishing work, making sure everywhere was left clean and safe. They were extremely polite and it was easy to discuss the work with them at any time.

Loft conversion into 2 bedrooms with a bathroom. Florinel and his TDF company took to the task in following the architect plans and building the loft. They were able to make adjustment where necessary and understanding of our needs. They explain the process at each stage of the project and did extra work that was added during the project. TDF builders completed the loft conversion internal work and outside work to a high standard. TDF spent time with the internal finishing and did a great job with the bathroom layout giving out a much bigger space. TDF builders were efficient, courteous and skilful. They did their work with enthusiasm and pride, which was reassuring and encouraging. TDF were punctual, tidy and also respected the neighbours property. My wife and I were delighted with the loft conversion which met all of our expectations. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone starting a building project.
