We found both Arron and Mark very helpful today . They were both lovely to talk to and clearly explained what the issue was and how to prevent it going forward . They sorted out our issue and we would recommend them to anyone who needed help. We will certainly call on them again if we need assistance.

Watch out this trader. Arron delayed the job a couple of times. No communication after i paid in full. The job is still not done but I paid the full payment more than 2 weeks. The job has been finished. Very disappointing experience. It’s like I have been scammed.

Helped unblock kitchen, give helpful advice to resolve what would be a long term issue

My mother had a problem with a soak away that was not working, which caused a damp patch to appear at the base of an outside wall. Arron, from Thames Drains, came to investigate the problem. He carried out a very careful investigation and recommended some work to be done (install a replacement soak away). He then carried out the work, along with his colleague Riley. They worked very hard and communicated throughout the project, sending numerous WhatsApp messages, photos and videos to make sure we always knew what was going on. I was very impressed with Arron, Riley and the company.

Aaron was brilliant! Super exceptional at his job and very friendly! Could not recommend more! If I ever need drain help again I will not call anyone else!

The Thames Drains team, headed up by Alex, did a good job installing our sewage pumping station tank into our garden, then digging about 50m of trenching to our septic tank and making all the connections. Garden was re-instated, and they did a good job of routing the piping around our mature trees and garden.
