Whilst initially we were really happy with the work, a few months later we noticed the grout on the floor tiles started to come away which caused two tiles to crack. I contacted Craig 30/07/2020 to advise and he confirmed the sub floor was weak and would be in touch to come and resolve. 13/10 I am still awaiting confirmation of a date this will be resolved despite a number of ignored Texts and emails. I am appalled at the sheer lack of contact and customer service and do not expect these issues on an 8k Bathroom that comes with 24 month guarantee from a business with such good reviews!
