"loft toilet trouble Tricky job clearing a toilet waste pipe two storeys up. Tom organised the job, brought a scaff tower and with his brother, got the job done with minimal fuss. Possibly could have predicted that the pipe would need replacing, so there was an add on cost for that, but always polite and clear, the job was done professionally, all waste cleared etc."

Tom called at my house said I needed new taps and he rang and said he had got them and would come to fix them but every he had an excuse why he could not come and I have seen him again.

Answer from tradesperson: In regards to this Roy I purchased the materials and had every intention of returning like I explained I had problem with children and the got stuck on a job. Also if your going to write a review inform people how I came out to you free of charge the same day you logged a job and went above and beyond contacting water board in regards to a stop cock which I was not there for so thanks again Reply created 13 Dec 2025
