AVOID do not use Steven Malone and his team from Evana Roofing. They were paid to re-lay a flat roof and install a roof lantern at my property. They claim to provide a 10yr work guarantee and a 20yr product guarantee however, it has recently been identified that they stripped the old roof and laid new wood/joists along with the roof rubber on top of the old wet rotten wood. The roof has not been laid at a gradient, the rubber has holes in it. I raised concerns and showed them the photos but they are not taking ownership of their rogue work, despite evidence from onsite visit, pics and guarantees
