Having a new kitchen can be a stressful experience. The whole team at The Kitchen Company made the installation run like clockwork. Every trade turned up on time and when scheduled. Chris Sutherland came up with a lovely design and of course the standard of work when installed was excellent. We are really pleased with the result which replaces the kitchen "The Kitchen Company" installed 25 years ago and was still going strong! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am delighted with my new kitchen which was designed by Chris at The Kitchen Company and installed by them. The work involved the demolition of my old kitchen and included installation of new flooring. The only issue related to the supply of two appliances which was due to the widespread supply issues being experienced and I was provided with a temporary appliance to cover this period which I was content with. Chris' attention to detail was amazing and his guidance and patience were much appreciated. All the demolition/installation team were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend The Kitchen Company.

Although not the cheapest the Kitchen Company but there products and service far outweigh other similar companies. The sales designer James, the owner Chris and the rest of the staff were excellent. From the moment of entering the showroom to the finished kitchen the service was second to none. They were attentive and listened to our wishes whilst providing experienced advice. In relation to the kitchen the overall standard of the cabinets and appliances are of the highest quality and beautifully finished. The removal of the old kitchen and the fitting of the new one was well coordinated and the whole project ran smoothly. Any problems we encountered or adjustments we made were dealt with speedily and satisfactorily. The service and workmanship of all the contractors employed in the project was exceptional. Overall everybody involved from showroom staff to tradesmen were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend The Kitchen Company.

We have used them 4 times in the last 25 years each time with a very large project of significant amount. The last 3 times the work was as expected - high quality product and installation to match the price and the designers then were Terry and Ken. This time round we were introduced to Chris and we spent a significant amount of money. His kitchen design was fine but the study he designed, the size of the desk and the quality of the material used for the desk worktop was awful and there were a few things left unfinished or not to customer specifications. The other difference is that when Terry and Ken were asked to address issues, they dealt with them professionally without complaining. Chris was very different; he became defensive straight away, could not deal with the challenges and in the end was prepared to ruin the customer experience. So we will never use them again.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough: Chris listened to us and asked what we wanted and where he felt it would not be practical (an island), he offered a solution such as a "curved" breakfast bar which would then become a kitchen feature. Chris took on board all our thoughts, concerns and "must-haves" when he designed our kitchen. The project management was spot-on and the tradesmen who came to do the works at the various stages were always so polite and professional. I did not feel stressed during the project and save for the slight blimp with the worktop, the completion would have been ahead of schedule! The money spent on the kitchen has been worth it and we will probably go back to Chris when we re-model our bedrooms.

I have been to most of the high street kitchen designers - and their designs were pretty standard - and we were of the opinion that's the best that can be done given the dimensions and space. But Ken Lobo was exceptional and came up with some really nice contemporary concepts which was never thought of by us or the other designers. His attention to detail and industry knowledge is vast. Customer service is flawless throughout the process and most importantly the end product. Highly recommended.

For three or four years we had been put off updating our kitchen, as other companies came up with very similar designs that didn't suit us. When we met Chris and he sat down with us with a pen, graph paper, and a set square we knew we had found the right person to design our kitchen. His attention to detail, creativity and patience were second to none. When a deposit is paid some companies become complacent, but from start to finish I can say Chris, Mark and all his team were always quick to reply to my calls and emails, workmen were always on time, they were tidy and any rubbish was taken away quickly. The standard of work was exceptional, and that is coming from somebody who is very picky. Enough said. Do not hesitate to use this established very well run Company. Well done Chris and your team.

The Kitchen Company designed and fitted a new kitchen for us in our rear extension. James did a great job with the designs and also managed the project very well. The team have expert knowledge not just on design, but also on all kitchen appliances - and they were able to source high spec appliances at very competitive prices. The fitting was done to a very high standard. Overall we were highly impressed.
