"We have had the pleasure of Matt and Jess helping us arrange replacement of sashes and a new window and door in our Grade 2 listed building. Jess's communication regarding our works has been precise and timely and couldn't be more helpful regarding what we needed and what was most appropriate for our requirements. When Matt came to do the installation, he was polite and efficient. He worked very tidily and cleared up all the packaging and old windows. We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and door and would highly recommend The Norfolk Sash Window Company to anyone looking for sash"
