The Roof Dentist

I was called and given a time for quote, but he had to cancel due to some problems. Was told he would phone the next morning to rearrange but never heard anything further.

On my experience alone, I found The Roof Dentist unreliable. They didn't attend when they say the would (twice), nor did they call when they said they would, culmunating in me wasting a Saturday morning waiting in for them. Two messages sent to try and resolve the issue and both were ignored.

Richard contacted me within minutes of my Checkatrade enquiry. Came within 24 hours and fixed our leak within 48 hours. He was very confident and explained what work needed doing. His Workmen turned up exact time he said, they were both smart and polite. Started work immediately and did not stop throughout the time they were on our roof, even though I offered them tea / coffee several times during the morning. Richard came and inspected their work and any concerns I may have had. When finished they cleared away all of the debris. Would be happy to recommend the Roof Dentist.

I gave the dentist a call as my nans roof sprung a leak they was highly professional over the phone and said they could pop round the next day ... After a quick look and a conversation we agreed a price for the work to be done the work was carried out professionally and great standards When the work was completed they tidied up the mess and u wouldn't even now they had been there except of course for our shiny new roof Highly recommended this company

Very responsive, slight communication issue between boss and tradesmen initially but all resolved on a second visit.

Problem identified and roof flashing around stack sealed, Cannot comment on quality yet as no appreciable rain. Repair looked OK from drone footage.

The company was prompt at responding to requests for a quote. The pricing was very competitive and the time scales between quoting and carrying out the work was very short. The roofers were also very polite and friendly and happy to ask any questions that we had. I'd recommend the Roof Dentist and would happily use them again.

I contacted this company and within minutes I had a call back I told them the problem and luckily for me they were working around the corner they arranged to come round to look at job we agreed a price and 2 days later as soon as they had finished their ongoing job they came to me done my job within 2hrs very pleased and would highly recommend them

Extremely efficient. Had the job finished before anyone else even got back to me with a quote. Unexpected problems doubled the amount of work required, but they still fit everything within the original timeframe. I can't stress enough how blown away I was by how fast the turn-around was. Everyone else had always given me lead times of weeks or months. The Roof Dentist met me at my front door within minutes of my phone call, had a quote the next day (despite strong winds making it difficult!) and scaffolding going up only hours after that.

After having 2 other local roofing companies come out who couldn’t fix the problem RW roofing solved the issue with in a hour can’t recommend these guys enough and I have booked them in for a complete new roof later this year
