Dampproofing, new kitchen, removing wall, and more I was happy with Celino’s work on our home. All work was completed on time and any minor issues were taken care of quickly. Communication with Celino was great and he was always quick to respond to any questions. Celino acts as project manager and employs a team of contractors to carry out the work. Many of them didn’t speak English but this wasn’t an issue as Celino could translate and act as our one point of contact. Work done included plumbing for new kitchen, tiling the kitchen floor and fitting underfloor heating, fitting a new boiler and flue, structural work removing an internal wall adding in a steel beam, and more.

Full refurbishment project 2 bed flat Bethnal Green Found Celino and his team to be professional, prompt and responsive. The refurb project was completed to a high standard and whilst experienced some delays due to Covid lockdowns, Celino managed this very well and remained flexible.

New Bathroom To Be Fitted Completed the job on time and came back to resolve issues with radiator valve without any issues.

Bathroom fitted and decorated,bath replaced with shower I used Celli Property Care to refurbish by bathroom, I made the final decision based on feedback that I had read. They did a very good job and I was very impressed by the ongoing communication that kept me up to speed. I felt that it was necessary to do this feedback so that others could benefit - great job.

Small bathroom refurb We are really pleased with our new bathroom! It took a little longer than expected, but worth the wait, the final quality is high. We had some tricky tiling set out with recessed shelving that ended up looking really good. Celino’s quote was very detailed which showed he wanted to understand the job in hand. Celino was great at communicating throughout the process - by phone, text, email and site visits. The Celli team were knowledgeable, competent and trustworthy which took out the stress of doing the project and were always available to accept deliveries (including carrying a whole load of tiles up and down stairs that were delivered in error) and pick up supplies from the plumbing merchant. They protected the hall and stairs and collected all rubbish daily. We changed the design a few times throughout the works and the team was accommodating and flexible. Any issues I raised were dealt with quickly and adequately. We like how they got the bath up and running after only a few days to limit the disruption. New bathroom to be fitted and window bricked in Celino and his team team did a great job completely stripping out our master bathroom, bricking in a window and installing all of the fittings including a free standing bath. They also created a walk in tiled shower which we are very happy with. We will certainly use Celino again for any future jobs we need doing around the house.

Bathroom refurbishment We're quite happy with how our bathroom refurb went - quality of the finish is excellent. We ran into a few humps along the way (mainly driven by our compressed timeline), but Celino was very responsive and his team was flexible and creative, so it all wrapped up nicely. Would hire again.

Refurbishment of a Tired Bathroom Our new bathroom looks very nice. Celino's team were polite and helpful. It took longer than expected, but the finished product was worth it. Snagging problems were all resolved amicably.

Replacing the bathroom I'd highly recommend Celli. We had a complete bathroom replacement and, from the very beginning of the job, it was clear that we'd found someone great. The workmen laid floor coverings and took great care to ensure that there was as little disruption to us as possible. They were quiet, polite and friendly. The work was carried out to a very high standard, with close attention to detail, and Celli was always available to speak if needed. New en-suite bathroom building Celino and his team did a phenomenal job. He came round personally to scope the work to provide a quote and was very detailed about what would need to be done. This gave me confidence that his quote was properly thought out and they’d be no nasty surprises at the end of the job and additional costs (a key reason for selecting him as some others were in and out too quickly and missed some of the detail). His team were courteous, professional and honest (eg they proactively mentioned almost unnoticeable minor damage caused and offered to buy new equipment). The team were very amenable to design changes and carried on as if nothing had changed. They even helped buy and collect goods and offered trade discounts on certain items. We are so pleased with the new bathroom and I would not hesitate to hire them again. (Updated on 12 Aug 2019)

Utility & shower room installation and kitchen Celi and his entire team were fantastic throughout. they were the highest level of work we have had over a number of different contractors. Celi was clear and detailed on the cost breakdown, timings and Marius was excellent at updating us on the progress, recommending solutions or detailing what he needed to complete the job. would definitely hire them again for future work

New bathroom (January start date) I couldn't recommend Celino and his team more highly. They were extremely professional, hardworking and have great attention to detail. Celino said a number of times throughout the project that his greatest concern was our happiness and his actions speak for that. I have already recommend Celino to three friends. Highly recommend!

New bathroom fitted and tiled I've enjoyed working with Celino on my bathroom refit. He's a good and honest man and his team are hardworking and professional. They cleaned up to a high standard before leaving every night and I'm very happy with the finish. I did ask that 3 items were changed at the end of the job and this was done without fuss. Refit family bathroom including tiling Team did an excellent job fitting our bathroom. They were very tidy and communicated well throughout. They offered advice on fitting selections and where to order from which was very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Very professional, always kept me up to speed with what was happening and produced a wonderful result that we've received a lot of compliments on and we're extremely happy with.
