Tim was very friendly, honest, polite, and loved to share his knowledge. He installed a new thermostat for a very reasonable price too. He taught me how to repressurise my boiler if I ever needed to. Almost a year later I'd forgotten how to do it. I reluctantly had to text him at 8pm (after watching loads of YouTube videos), he messaged back instantly with simple instructions and I had it working again in less than a minute!"

Efficient and extremely knowledgable about his trade,Tim is a very pleasant person who came into my home during lockdown and followed the social distancing for a safe visit!I felt he went beyond with the service as he replaced a washer which he found had a tiny leak on it.
