Skim out Tim billed himself as a 9/10 plasterer but for a number or reasons, the quality of the work he produced in my property did not reflect this. Tim overstretched himself by taking on three jobs at once and as such mine was rushed and randomly attended, resulting in a horrendous mess and poor finish throughout. I myself am still making good and cleaning, which is preferable to having Tim back to do it, though some areas really should be re-finished. Based on my 22 years experience as a building manager, I would neither use this tradesman again nor recommend him to others. All plasterers expect strong money so at least find one who is fully skilled and apprentice trained, who will work conscientiously and tidily to produce flat walls with crisp edges.

Plastering new walls and patching repairs. We needed a plasterer to come and skim a new stud wall and repair walls and ceiling where a wall had been removed and various electrical works done for our new kitchen. Tim came and gave us a quote that we were happy with and was able to carry out the work later that week. On the day he was very respectful of our house, taking care to limit the mess and staying late to clear up after himself really well. The work was completed in a day to a very high standard. It can be difficult to blend in plaster repairs but I'm delighted with the work that Tim did for us. I would have no hesitation in using him again and would certainly recommend him.

Reform walls to incorporate new RSJs plaster . Level floors/lay laminate and fit new skirting boards. Thank goodness we found Tim. His joinery and plastering work was faultless. We needed a large RSJ boxing in, a pillar widening and our large kitchen/dinner plastering. Originally I thought we'd need to find a joiner and a plasterer but Tim was able to do everything and nothing was too much trouble. Once we realised how capable Tim was we also asked him to level our floor, lay our laminate flooring and fit new skirting boards. We are extremely pleased with Tim's workmanship and professionalism. He was very reliable and worked solidly to get the job done in the timescale we had. Would definitely recommend Tim and we plan to ask him to build our decking in the near future.
