The refurbishment of our flat‑roof office extension was completed to an excellent standard. He repaired the poor work left by previous tradespeople, and the workmanship throughout was outstanding. The tradesmen Terry brought in were also excellent, and he even introduced us to a great architect. We had a very positive experience. He was knowledgeable, explained the pros and cons of every option, and offered clear, honest advice. We’re already planning to have him back for more work.

TN Edwards Building and Construction were recommended to me by another trader, a good sign. Terry showed us an impressive example of his work, this led me to engage his company to execute the project. The basic design concept was by Kim Seaton (a friend) of Kim Seaton Architectural Design, however, Terry resolved all the technical matters, and advised me on choice of structural engineer and building control service. All Terry's team turned up on site punctually and the work was done with pride and professionalism. Considering the scope of the work, it was done quickly in coherently divided phases. All work was very well finished by well chosen tradespeople. All invoices were issued after completion of an agreed package of work. e.g. Foundations, walls upto wall plate height, roofing etc. Terry and his team have transformed a run of the mill small detached house into a truly luxury home with loads of natural light and space. It has transformed our life - no exaggeration.

Really pleased with the work. Everything was completed on time and on budget. The site was always kept clean, and the workmanship is outstanding. A great team all round.
