Dear Customer, My name is Tomas, and I’m a handyman with over 8 years of experience, based in Ipswich. I offer a wide range of services throughout Suffolk, including: • Plastering, repairs, painting, and decorating. • Assembly and disassembly of furniture units. • Changing door locks and handles. • Hanging/installing pictures and shelves. • Replacing showers, shower screens, toilets, and vanity units. • General home repairs, such as fixing curtain rails, basic carpentry, sealing around kitchen hobs, trays, baths, and toilets, etc. As many jobs can be completed within the first hour, here is my pricing: • First hour (call-out): £65 • Each additional hour: £30 • Day rates are negotiable depending on the job, ranging from £200-£500. Parts or units are not included in the price, but I’m happy to advise on what you need or even source them for you. I offer my services within a 30-mile radius of Ipswich. Many thanks, Tomas
