"The wet room grouting led to a leak and weak floor tiles. When I tried to repair it, it was clear that it needed something more professional. Tom's quote was reasonable, and I've learned not to go for the cheapest on checkatrade. His communication was good and he arrived on time (it happened quicker because I was able to work from home).
