"Unfortunately, while the majority of the work was acceptable, there were numerous errors left and those raised with Johnny he has not taken responsibility to fix. Examples: architraves fitted 2cm away from the wall, neighbours roof leaking adjacent to work carried out, a cooker hood "attached" to the wall by a piece of wood balanced on an electrical socket (which has now ripped the socket from the wall), plus more. During the work we also suffered multiple delays due to electricians not showing up and were repeatedly told that issues raised were "changes" and were billed extra to fix them."
