I have been in building game for over 30 years, covering numerous trades,I have successfully renovated many Victorian properties, including, new roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, rewiring, plumbling & extensions. I am honest, reliable & take pride in my work. I will take on most jobs from fixing a shelf to a complete renovation. I can offer both hourly rates or no obligation fixed price quotations. I typically charge £50 for the 1st hour & £25 per hour there after plus materials
