From the initial consultation through to the final finishing touches, East Midland Build demonstrated professionalism and expertise at every stage. I couldn’t be happier with the final result of my renovation and rear extension. Although my architect (as I later realised) had made some errors, the team took full ownership, corrected the drawings, and managed building control and engineering matters seamlessly.
