"I had some used medical waste deposited on my lawn and I knew that this needed to be disposed of properly and safely and with the pandemic I was even more concerned as a face mask was amongst the waste. The waste was collected and my bin was completely sanitised - even though this was over a Bank Holiday weekend.The service from the office was clear, accurate and friendly. I was not made to feel like I was a nuisance at all. The gentleman who arrived was very polite and I was impressed at how efficient his PPE was. My bin has never been so clean!"
