Absolutely fantastic job undertaken in getting our sofa back to it's former glory. Orien showed up bang on time, carried out the job promptly and left the sofa looking and smelling brand new. From our initial discussions through to the moment he left the service was nothing short of excellent. Very professional, excellent communication and a really tidy service provided. Highly recommend to anyone in Leeds and the surrounding areas.

Unreliable. We’d recently had building work completed in the house, so booked a deep clean based off Trojan’s reviews (having previously being let down by another cleaner).On the day they were booked, they turned up 3 hours late and then stayed for a total of 2 hours before having to shoot off early, leaving less than half of the job done. Then called to rebook for the following Thursday, to which they didn’t turn up at all without warning (despite us calling and texting to chase). They also managed to break our shower lever while here too…Quality of their work is good, but far too unreliable.

I booked in for a 5 hour clean with Trojan and they never turned up. They ignored all my calls and texts for the entire 5 hours. They eventually replied saying they had written off their work van and they offered to come do a 3 hour free clean for wasting my time. We rearranged and again they didn't turn up! This time was because the cleaners got home really late the night before from a job so would be an hour late. An hour later comes and for the THIRD TIME they didn't turn up. The excuse this time was the cleaner had to go pick his daughter up. Lots of excuses and lot's of my time wasted.
