I was patient, polite, and understanding throughout despite repeated disappointments. After an unprofessional first job they returned once (with no notice except a text at 8am on a Saturday saying they were 10 minutes away) but it was still messy — missing grout, black-stained silicone, and adhesive showing. They even put grout in my toilet, used my cleaning products and tools, left shower fittings dripping, and repeatedly no-showed agreed callbacks to sort the leak. I have to hire someone else to fix their work as I do not trust them. I cannot recommend this company.
