Our house was in need of a lot of renovation. Unique offered a reasonable quote and convenient dates. Over two months the team replaced both kitchen and bathroom; replaced all radiators; upgraded loft hatch access; levelled two floors and undertook plastering where needed. The house was redecorated throughout. Krystal, who is the admin, was friendly, efficient and reliable. This was vital as we had moved out for the duration of work and needed to be kept up to date with what was happening. We were quickly informed of any problems which came up during the course of Unique 's work. The schedule was altered as necessary. We were kept informed of any changes to costs as a result of any snags, and work did not continue without our agreement. The team doing the works completed tasks with only a few adjustments needed when delivery of items was delayed, or when something unexpected cropped up. When we returned snagging was handled promptly.
