When work was complete invited to view and I highlighted that the side panel was a different colour to the door. Mark responded saying that just how it is and Instagram photos show like that. In fact if you look on Instagram they look to be the same colour and if you order you expect the whole to be the same colour. He at no point in discussion prior said they would be different. He argued and said I was unreasonable and offered no resolution that to pay up or they would rip out their work. Be careful using this contractor, I paid £3,450 and he said what do you expect for that money!? Joker

Initial workmanship was good. Company guarantee their product for 10 years saying they are handmade on their premises. After 4 years the vinyl wrapping started to come away from one of the doors, now every door is affected. On contacting the owner of the company he said the supplier of the wardrobes I have no longer exists (therefore they can’t be handmade on their premises) and refuses to replace/fix them as they are now 5 years old.
