I had used Upgrade previously and found the quality of their work to be first class, they were totally professional in all aspects. I’m extremely pleased with the final result. They use only the highest quality items. When completed all debris was removed and my home left clean. I was very happy to be able to trust them with the keys to my home and allow them access because I wasn’t present. They provided me with daily updates at every stage. Shaun and his team added some windows to a kitchen side wall for us. Shaun's expertise in planning and advising was very helpful. And the finished job by his team was excellent. We recently had the team back to replace our fascia boards, drainpipes and do some repointing. Again, the work is on a very high quality. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Upgrade team and will definitely use again and are already planning the next job.
