"I contacted Ian to complete the bathroom installation for me (excluding plumbing). I needed tiling, flooring laid and some fiddly features worked around. Ian was really responsive throughout and used his experience to make recommendations to better my ideas. The work was completed on time and on budget. We really got on well with his team who are really friendly and helpful. Its nice to have found a team who take pride in their work. I will be using Urban Refurbishment again in the near future on other parts of the house renovation."

The works went on for months. The works on the house were good. The patio was not good, was paid for in full but works not completed. A deal of excuses, have now told them to forget it. I will get it completed elsewhere. I would recommend these people but stage payments upon completion of all works I would suggest.
