We are an award winning architectural practice based in central London. At the core of our practice is the understanding that good design has the potential to enrich lives. This means that whether you require a kitchen extension, basement excavation or a completely new-build, your needs and a solid understanding of how you will use the space we have created for you are central to our design process. We are friendly and open-minded and will take a brief and run with it, delivering innovative and creative solutions that are practical, but never run of the mill. Since 1998 we have completed over 200 projects, working with both the private and public sectors in the UK and abroad. We have amassed decades of experience navigating tricky planning situations, pushing boundaries and keeping up with the UK’s ever changing design and development scene. We specialise in basement excavations, extensions and air-rights developments. Effective use of computer-aided design, along with intimate knowledge of the planning and policy context in which we work, means that we have an exceptional track record of achieving successful outcomes in particularly challenging planning situations.
