We hired valley carpentry for loft conversion We paid advance and he didn't worked as per agreement and asking for more money and he said he changed the plan and we paid him more but work was too slow and he worked for 6 hours and 4 days week only . Not turned up many time and not informed gave excuse he had to look after his child. There was leakage in our home and short circuit as well. We talk to him and agreed to divide the work 60% advance and 40% after finish work . Paid advance 60% and then 1.5 k more he is asking more money and when we said 1st finish this job then he left the job.
