"Beware of the £35 'call out fee' which Pauline refers to. She gave an initial price which I thought was low so asked her to come and view the property. The price more than doubled after her visit and we agreed a price. About an hour after starting the job the next day, she asked to add the £35 call out charge on top of the amount agreed (failed to mentioned it the day before). In our first conversation, she mentioned she the £35 call out charge is only applicable if we don't decide to go with the company but then added it on after the job had already started - beware of this before booking!"
