Your Journey with Virtual property Solutions: All of our services are on a pick-and-mix basis, depending on your needs: - Free Consultation to discuss your project in more detail and to provide transparent advice. - 3D Site Survey & Virtual Tour: All projects start with a 3D Site Survey which gives the highest level of accuracy and ensures maximum efficiency. - Design Drawings: After understanding your project we will create potential designs to meet your needs that were highlighted in the initial consultation. - Design Video Call Consultation - To discuss your proposal in detail. - Planning Drawings - Once we have a design you’re happy with we will then create the detailed Planning Drawings - Connect with Builders - Before Planning Drawings are submitted, we can link you with approved Buiders that cover your area, for indicative pricing to ensure your budget matches the chosen design before Planning is submitted. - Submission to the Council: We will submit the Application to the Council for Full Planning Permission or a Certificate of Lawful Development (If Permitted Development) and Liaise with them on your behalf, throughout. - Building Regulation Drawings for Approval: Once Planning is in, our Building Regulation Team will create the detailed Building Regulation Drawings for Approval from Building Control. - Connect with 3rd Parties - We will gain quotes on your behalf for Structural Engineers and Building inspectors that cover your area (Where applicable).
