"I spoke to Matthew over the phone today to get advice about how we could safely raise our rear patio 15 cm without affecting the existing damp proof course in our 1930's former Council Semi. Matthew came across as knowledgeable and helpful, advised me what we could do to prevent bridging of the DPC, and future potential rising damp issues. Even though I offered to pay him to come out to take a look, he was still happy to listen patiently and provide telephone advice with no charge. We will definitely consider Matthew for any future damp protection work that we require. :)"
