"Remodel Detached Bungalow. Saltcoats Sam provided me with a very high standard of professional service. The quality of his work was of the highest standard. He was always ready to listen and provided excellent advice and assistance. He always respond promptly to emails etc. He was of great assistance in obtaining planning and building warrant approvals for my home extension and ground floor remodelling. I have 5 years experience as a Chartered Architect in Glasgow, and designed a variety of Residential extensions and alterations. I carry out an initial site survey and then develop drawings for Local Authority approval and for passing on to builders. I always work closely with my clients to ensure that the project meets their needs.
