And the result is quite a tidy installation that exactly fits where we had wanted it to fit. Though probably more coincidence, after we had accepted his quote, he was able to do it the next day. In any case, after seeing several other quotes, Nicholas was simply the obvious choice."

He came to have a look at our piping before confirming what was possible, giving us a variety of options when the plumbing layout wasn't as simple as we thought. Nicholas's communication throughout was excellent, he didn't try any pushy sales techniques just gave us all the information and let us make a decision. His prices were extremely reasonable, the work carried out quickly and so neatly that aside from the actual water softener, you couldn't even tell he had been here! Couldn't recommend highly enough."
