"An excellent service from Tom. He drew up initial plans and then amended them to taken into account our updated ideas. Application for planning permission went remarkably smoothly.Building control plans were amended to take account of comments from BCO. The plans enabled builders to submit reliable bids and ensured that we were able to check that the builders was complying with the required specs and obtain BCO clearance. Tom was very helpful and I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for professional plans prior to having building work done."
