Jack was very good. He understood what was needed and managed the project very well. Arranged for supplies, other workers, and anything that was needed. We have had no further problems from his repairs.

We are very pleased with the brick restoration & repointing works that Jack has carried out to the front of our Victorian terrace house, we have received many compliments since the works have been done and it really has given the place a new lease of life compared to other houses in street which are now looking very worn & tired! All works were completed using traditional methods using original material which is a must for non-cavity walls. We found jack to be friendly honest & reliable, he is a true perfectionist, and we cannot fault his work. He carried out an amazing restoration of the pebble dash at the rear of our 1930s property. This included repairing major cracks in the chimney, installing reinforcement bars, and replacing several badly damaged bricks.
