Following a successful NHBC claim we engaged Laurence to undertake a tricky repair to the front external wall of our home that involved removing old bricks; relocating new trays and re-doing the leadwork - all of this in a very visible way. We are delighted with the standard of work done; the repair is barely visible and once weathered it will be invisible as promised - the brick, mortar and lead all match what was already there perfectly.
