"I could not open my window as it had jammed and the handle had broken, Steve came to have a look and explained what needed doing. As a part had to be ordered he had to come back at a later date and did not charge for the original visit. Communication was brilliant, I was kept up to date with the progress of the ordered part. Once the work had been carried out the window felt as good as new and there was no mess at all. He will be the first person I call if I ever need help with windows again!"

He did a great job at a reasonable price and I’d be happy to call him again if I get any other door /glazing issues."

Called at 15.54 to find out if the appointment at 3pm was running late. The call was answered with a “it’s checkatrade just go away” and the person answering the phone call continued to check whether somebody wanted a sausage, ignoring the fact that I was still on the phone waiting for them to answer the call.
