This is my third time of using Window Ace for a project. Jason is polite, customer service minded, and a competent window/door fitter. From inital measuring up, to installation, all the work was done within the timeframe we agreed. Work completed today. Cannot fault Jason's professionalism, and I would highly recommend his value for money service.

Rude, aggressive, I am disabled and a retired plumber, on delivery of the windows he turned up and called me. Because I took time to answer the door he banged and kicked the door and windows so hard it was scary. When I opened the door he was so rude and aggressive. I said to him that if you work in my house you cant behave like that and will have to show me some respect. He then swore and left and hasn't returned or given my £2000 deposit back. My builders could not continue without windows, He has refused to fit within my timescale. And wants another £2000 to deliver windows, court is next.
