My back patio doors had got completely stuck and would not open. I searched local locksmiths and found yourselfs. The staff informed me what I needed to do and an appointment was made for a local locksmith to come to fix the door.
Mike, the fellow who turned up was very knowledgeable about the issues of our door, fixed it no time at all without fuss and gave good advice about safety and security in that the door did not have an approved type of lock mechanism, this was replaced with a BSI approved one in no time at all. A speedy, very courteous and professional manner, he even refused tea!
Rob the locksmith arrived at a time convenient to us and carried out all the work necessary and professionally and without fuss. There is no guarantee that you will get a Rob when you call the company but 101 per cent happy with the work he carried out.
