Very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. No extra call out fees for visiting on weekend. Explained why we’d got dead bees in the house and dealt with existing wasp nest which was in a tricky spot.

Called the company for fleas infestation,with one treatment all gone,great job,will recommend to everyone

I rang thinking I had a wasp infestation in a wall cavity (I could see 'them' getting in and out through a wall vent). Rick was really helpful in ascertaining that I didn't have wasps but masonry bees. He suggested he could get rid of them but was very honest and explained that they were actually harmless and would go away themselves within 6-8 weeks. After reading all of the the great reviews I decided to give this company a call. We have spiders and ants and I thought we had a mice issue. The guys from Young's Pest Control Manchester came to our house they was super friendly and helpful. Just wanted to say a big thank you to your company As much as I hate to admit I had rats in my loft called the local council and they came out but due to h&s they wouldn't go up some ladders to go in the loft which is a joke I called Youngs they came out the next day back again 14 days after and the problem has been sorted great service thanks again
