You're in Lock

Tim from you’re in Lock came the day after we spoke to him about our door which was difficult to open. When he arrived the lock was working beautifully so he didn’t need to do anything. He didn’t charge us anything or advise us we needed work doing. We will we will use him the next time we need a locksmith.

Problem with locking mechanism on front door, called "Your In Lock" .As it was later on in the day and not extremely urgent agreed that late Monday morning would be suitable. Tim arrived as agreed, soon found the problem and was able to fit a new lock that he had on his van. The work was carried out efficiently and to our satisfaction.

Really great service fixing what proved to be a tricky lock repair but the job was done same day as making iniitial contact. Friendly service, problem explained and good value. Highly recommended!
