Detailed reviews
Horrendous work. They installed a brand new boiler and said the flue didn't need replacing, despite having it in the van. 2 days later water is leaking into the boiler. Vaillant are called out who have condemned the boiler; disconnected it; referred it to the HSE, all because the existing flue that is in "good condition" is rusted through with holes all along it and it's sending CO2 and CO back into the boiler and is dangerous. It's the winter and we have no heating or hot water again! All because he couldn't be bothered to do a proper installation. Avoid at all costs. RIDDOR and HSE involved
