"Really friendly and professional service. Turned up at the time stated even at short notice. I only phoned at 6pm the evening before. He moved his 1st job in the morning to pop in and give the job a once over, stayed a fair while making some calls for the part. Went off to his schduled 1st job, but came back and repaired our boiler by 2pm as he said he would. He then went to get us some carbon monoxide detectors due to the age of our boiler. All in all me and my elderly parents are extremely happy with the service. We now have heat and hot water. Have to say very resonable price. Thanks James"

"BEWARE TOTAL COWBOYS. James and his company had 5 attempts to fix my heating. On the first three they replaced parts that didn’t need replacing and at no stage gave me an estimate. They then advised me that the whole system needed replacing and quoted me 6 grand to replace the work they had already done! After 5 fails at fixing it I got a second opinion off Hoton Heating. They found a blocked filter on the oil tank restricting the fuel supply and cleaned it. The heating now works fine! To add insult James is trying to get £600 for parts he replaced despite never resolving the problem."
