1-2-1 Plumbers

1-2-1 Services used on May 8th 2013. This firm were punctual, efficient, cordial and helpful. Highly recommended.

I called 1-2-1 to get my shower thermostat fixed after it had been left in a botched state by a previous "plumber". They said when they would turn up - and they turned up on time. They got on with the job, explaining to me what had happened and what they would have to do. They them fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They even had shoe covers so that they would not leave any untidy marks around the house. Well done, highly recommended

Michael and Andy have sorted our plumbing problems since at least February 2005. They always arrive when they say they will. Always fix the problem, explaining exactly what they're doing and why. Their visit this morning was to cure an infuriating problem with our boiler, continually clicking on and off. They instantly diagnosed a duff PCB (which turned out to be dated 1991, 25 years old), went and fetched a new part and fitted it. All working perfectly. And they are nice people!

I hired 1-2-1 after an awful and stressful experience with another trader regarding a new boiler installation. Michael & Andy explained clearly why our boiler kept malfunctioning and what needed to be done. They worked non-stop for several hours and fitted a professional looking conduit on the outside of my property to house the cable they connected between the boiler and the airing cupboard upstairs. After they finished they cleaned up after themselves and left no trace. They are brilliant and I can’t recommend them highly enough if you live in the N London area.

I got in contact about a small bit of prep for a kitchen reno. Michael and Andy were able to come over at quite short notice and safely removed some pipe work so I could start renovations. They did a great job and gave me some invaluable advice for setting up my first fix when the real work began. Unfortunately, I've not been able to use 1-2-1 for the full job, but I'd definitely recommend these knowledgeable and professional plumbers to others.
