“We had a blocked bathroom sink that no amount of drain cleaner would clear. I called Will I am and left a message. I had return call within a couple of hours and an appointment made the next day. Ryan turned up well within the time slot and thankfully it turned out to be a quick and simple job. Ryan was polite and left the area clean and gave us advice about our undersink traps before he left. The charge was cheaper than others I googled but good service is important, so no complaints here, would use again.”

“I am very happy with the service received from ‘Will-I-am’! William responded promptly and professionally at a busy time with a reasonable quote, and arranged for the work to be carried out at short notice just before Christmas. Engineers Ryan and Yasin arrived at the agreed time and proceeded to remove the faulty shower pump, change and reconfigure the pipes accordingly, add isolation valves, etc. Ryan also trouble-shooted and addressed an additional issue that came to light on the day, replacing a faulty gate valve, in order to leave the system working at its best - at no extra cost. I found them efficient and pleasant to deal with, and they kept me updated throughout. Three weeks have now gone and I am pleased with and have had no problems arising from the work carried out. I plan to use ‘Will-I-am’ again for future needs, and I am very happy to recommend them to others.”

Emergency plumber came quickly and was very efficient. Good communication. Very happy!
The knuckle (joint between toilet outlet and waste pipe) was corroding and had started to leak. Despite an initial misunderstanding about what exactly was wrong, the plumbers just rethought how to go about the job and got on with it, having first warned me that the toilet might get damaged, and having made sure they could source a replacement. However, the faulty part was removed and a new connection made, without causing any damage. The plumbers were efficient, reassuring and friendly. 3 1/2 weeks on there has been no leak or any other problem.
Clear communication from William and team following servicing of old boiler and recommended replacement. Team performed a power flush of radiator system prior to boiler installation. The team installed the boiler with no issues and ensured pipework was installed in a neat and tidy way (much better than previous boiler installation). Boiler working perfectly with new thermostat installed, and William and team have shared full info about warranty/service reqs and guidance on boiler/thermostat use. Prompt and efficient follow up on deposit and invoice.
I cannot praise Will I Am Plumbing and Heating highly enough. In the last two weeks, we have used their services twice to fix plumbing leaks. The engineers came quickly, were very skilled and helpful, and fixed the problems without fuss, despite some challenges. Where one of the fitted valves wasn't quite right, two engineers came back to fix the problem without charge. Costs were very reasonable and exactly as agreed. Overall, this is an excellent organisation with highly skilled and professional engineers.
