David and Buell did such an efficient, neat and quick job of installing our new boiler today. They were very friendly and polite, and arrived at the time they advised. We expected the job to take much longer than it did! Our old boiler stopped working Saturday night, we called on Sunday and left a message, they got back to us Monday morning and came out that same day to have a look at our boiler. We ultimately made the decision to go with a new boiler, they arrived the following day at 8am and got on with installing the new one, they were finished by about half 1! The whole process was seamless. Very pleased to have heating and hot water again, thanks guys!

Fantastic, very honest and good work I highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest boiler repair. We had originally called a local repair who wanted to charge us nearly £500 for work and a part, however being the suspicious type I didn't feel happy with what was being said. I went looking and came across 1st Call Services, they came out looked at it informed me it didn't need a part but it was clogged so they cleaned it all up and made sure boiler was working well, at a fraction of the cost. They were polite and helpful and I cannot recommend them any more highly 5 stars all the way. Thank you

Dave and his son are nice, friendly people who are very knowledgeable of the product and got on with the job with no fuss and no mess. Carried out the necessary Gas inspections that were required. Put the job on at 7PM Sunday night and within 1 hour I had a response and less the 24 hours later the job has been completed. Would highly recommend

First call services - first class service had a bad leak in my bathroom and the plumber first call sent was great arrived at stated time explained exactly what he would need to do to put things right and done a great job.
