David and Buell did such an efficient, neat and quick job of installing our new boiler today. They were very friendly and polite, and arrived at the time they advised. We expected the job to take much longer than it did! Our old boiler stopped working Saturday night, we called on Sunday and left a message, they got back to us Monday morning and came out that same day to have a look at our boiler. We ultimately made the decision to go with a new boiler, they arrived the following day at 8am and got on with installing the new one, they were finished by about half 1! The whole process was seamless. Very pleased to have heating and hot water again, thanks guys!

This was our first time using this company and we were pleasantly surprised, not the norm, what’s going on. In a nutshell we have no problem in recommending this company , we would use again. David and Buellie were a well organised work machine, hand in glove almost. It would take too long to list their positives but much quicker to list the negatives as there were not any. David did a really great job disconnecting my gas hob for me! He responded very promptly, offered to do the job for a reasonable price and provided a quality service. I would highly recommend!! Thanks again David!

Fantastic, very honest and good work I highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest boiler repair. We had originally called a local repair who wanted to charge us nearly £500 for work and a part, however being the suspicious type I didn't feel happy with what was being said. I went looking and came across 1st Call Services, they came out looked at it informed me it didn't need a part but it was clogged so they cleaned it all up and made sure boiler was working well, at a fraction of the cost. They were polite and helpful and I cannot recommend them any more highly 5 stars all the way. Thank you
