"The engineer was very professional, punctual and polite. Excellent job was carried out. He was clean and tidy. A full service was done , he stripped down the whole boiler, cleaned out the inside and replaced the old time clock that had not worked in years with a new smart one, Reset the new one for the times we were looking for, on and off three times a day. He also replaced the flue cap outside the house that was badly damaged two years ago when a magpie started to eat it and completely destroyed it. We are so happy with everything we have asked for and will defo use him again"
