Booked Mayfair Plumbers to install a sink and taps. Paid £144 upfront for the first hour and was assured the plumber would carry standard fittings (waste, flexis, etc.). On arrival, the plumber claimed parts were missing and left for Screwfix. I was still charged for the time away — Ring doorbell footage shows he was off-site for around 46 minutes. After installation, the sink leaked when used, despite being told it would be “usable”. The job ended up costing close to £500. Far more expensive than expected, with poor accountability throughout. Would not recommend or use again.
Polite, friendly and efficient
Ricky arrived 8am prompt. Polite and genuine guy who quickly diagnosed the issue through his knowledge and 20 years experience. He went and got the part and underfloor heating working in 2 hours. Very happy with their services and would use again in an heart beat!
Excellent service and great communication.
Ricki did a full boiler replacement. Very friendly, experienced and efficient, organised the job quickly after finding the old boiler had stopped working. Helpful in looking at all the cost options and did an excellent job, despite the awkward location of the boiler, completing the work in a long day. Very happy to recommend.

We have had no hot water or heat for a period of time, the fault was initially rectified a short time ago but it wasn't long before it all went down again. Darren came and gave me options, we decided to have a new boiler which has solved everything. We are so happy and grateful. Darren worked single handedly to do it all and spent 9 hours ensuring it all was done and working. Darren is very polite, was on time and easy to get along with. Very hardworking as well. Thank you Darren 😊
We had new taps fitted, work was completed in a timely fashion, Jackson was punctual , friendly and completed the job with minimum mess and cleaned up afterwards, would most definitely recommend
Andrew was excellent! He had our new system ready within the day for our underfloor heating units what had given up on us. Very professional and knowledgeable about his work so it made us very happy about our choice!
Jackson arrived on time and got to work replacing our boiler, very pleased with the work, was a good lad and cleaned up well after, highly recommend him
Call them out after Thames water said I had a leak they came out on the same day and Andrew did a great job finding the leak and sorting it out. Andrew was really great and spoke to me step by step about what he did I would recommend this company
George was promptly on time, was polite and considerate and gave very helpful advice. I will hire the company for further work to be done in my home.

Was staying in Air BNB in london. We had no hot water, called mayfair plumbers they came out stright away and got the water working again. Thank you! :)
Charlie was so helpful throughout solving our quite tricky leak issue. He was efficient, friendly and left the flat very tidy. He was extremely patient while explaining the situation to us and the owners of a separate flat who were affected. Friendly and speedy booking experience with the office as well, would highly recommend!
