Kitchen refurbishment and flooring installation Vladi is a seasoned and experienced professional. he set out a start date and finished exactly on time as planned. He picked up a few problems with the IKEA virtual design and made clever design suggestions to deal with them. He was friendly, well-organized, a pleasure to work with, and attentive to my concerns. He was also flexible about arriving earlier or staying later on some days to be present when I visited the site. He would proactively send me pictures of issues as they came up to keep me abreast of progress. He offered a snagging period whereby he would pop over to touch up minor imperfections picked up a few days after the job was completed. I would strongly recommend him to friends.

Installation of Acoustic walls Vladi did a fantastic job installing acoustic walls, very quick, tidy and would most definitely use again.

Building a single storey outbuilding at rear of garden. The project I worked with him on his creation of a garden music studio from scratch including foundations and Additional soundproofing. Vladi helped at every stage of the build keeping it to budget and suggesting many effective ways of reducing the sound adding extra installation and helping with the design. He works with a very professional team they were always on time and very clean and respectful. One of the best builders I would work with 100% recommended

Painting 2 bedroom flat Excellent job at a very reasonable price. I was slightly unsure about using my builder.com but vladi and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. I needed a full two bedroom flat prepared and painted at short notice and quickly. Vladi gave me a detailed quote on the same day he viewed the flat and you could tell as soon as you met him that he highly knowledgable and understood the importance of a good finish. The work was all completed in time and to a really high standard. His team did not cut corners and he walked the flat with me on the final day, room by room, confirming I was happy with each and adding any final touches I requested. He even offered to come back later and re-touch if I noticed anything I wasn't 100% satasfied with. Vladi and team do all types of building work and he was extremely knowledgable with tips and advice on other jobs, I will definitely be hiring him for any building work I need done in the future. I very highly recommend his service.

Painting and decorating two bedroom, two storey flat, sanding and varnishing floor, tile bathroom floor, construction new cupboard in kitchen for boiler, change cilicone and re-grouting. The brief was to refurbish my two bedroom maisonette after a long tenancy & to prepare it for the rental market as quickly as possible. The work was predominantly heavy redecorating but also included tiling, carpentry & general 'making good'. Vladi was true to his quote and time frame.
