Painter & Decorator Not professional, extremely rude and threatening on messages. Wouldn’t recommend. I contacted this company for a quote and they visited my property to take measurements. After some time, I decided to complete the work myself and sent a polite message informing them that I would no longer need their services, thanking them for their time and advice. In response, I received a highly aggressive and inappropriate message accusing me of being selfish, unreliable, wasting their time, and referencing “karma” in a threatening manner. The tone and language used were completely unacceptable and not how any business should speak to a customer. I understand that plans can change, and at no point was any work agreed or paid for. However, the way this situation was handled was shocking and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others based on the manner in which I was spoken to. Professionalism and respectful communication are essential, and unfortunately this was not demonstrated here.
